“Lyrical themes related to love are often written for oboes,” says Ingely Laiv, a finalist in Klassikatäht (Classical Star) competition of 2018, who immersed into the secrets of playing oboe in Karlsruhe with professor Thomas Indermühle. Along with Olivier Girardin, a French flautist, and Rasmus Andreas Raide, a pianist, they will perform a colourful bouquet of music through three centuries.

Ingely Laiv has played in several Estonian and foreign orchestras (Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Estonian National Opera, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, JSB Ensemble Stuttgart, Absolute Ensemble, Baltic Sea Philharmonic etc.). Ingely has played solo with the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Virumaa Chamber Orchestra and Pärnu City Orchestra. She is also an active chamber musician.

Olivier Girardin has played in the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra, participated in the opera production of “The Monster of the Maze”, conducted by Sir Simon Rattle in Stuttgart Opera, and in Rheinland-Pfalz Philharmonie. He is a laureate in the Music for Ever competition (France 2014) and Sparda-Classic.

Rasmus Andreas Raide is a student of professor Kalle Randalu in Karlsruhe College of Music, who has performed on concerts and festivals across Estonia, and played with the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Narva Symphony Orchestra and TMHS Symphony Orchestra.
