The Estonian government has declared a state of emergency, due to the coronavirus disease spread in Estonia. The state of emergency will run, as of now, until 1 May 2020, unless the government will decide otherwise. Unfortunately, it also means that all public concerts organised by Eesti Kontsert will be cancelled until May 1st 2020.
In case you have purchased a ticket for a concert organized by Eesti Kontsert for the period of March 13th – April 30th 2020, we will buy it back.
Tickets purchased from Piletilevi online environment will be refunded automatically. Tickets purchased from Piletilevi service desks can be refunded at Piletilevi service desks, with the exception of service desks situated at Circle-K.
In order to be refunded for e-tickets purchased from the Piletimaailm online environment, please send your e-ticket as an attachment to e-mail: email@example.com
, adding also the full name and bank details of the beneficiary.
In case you have purchased a paperback ticket at Piletimaailm service desk, please send a photo of your ticket as an attachment with the full name and bank details of the beneficiary to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Concert Halls of Eesti Kontsert (Estonia Concert Hall, Vanemuine Concert Hall (Tartu), Pärnu Concert Hall and Jõhvi Concert Hall) are closed to further notice. The ticket offices will be reopened on May 1st 2020 and then we will be able to compensate your tickets (purchased for our cancelled concerts in March and April) also in cash UNTIL June 1st 2020.
