Pärt Uusberg. “Regiväli”

“Regiväli” is Pärt Uusberg’s new work for mixed choir and string orchestra, consisting of eight parts based on traditional folk songs from various Estonian parishes. Together, these parts evoke an ancient sense of the insignificance of human life, drawn from the strength of our ancestors.

“Regiväli” tells a story of sanctity, war, and humanity, the gray sky, and the bright patches for which we must accept both destiny and mortality.
