The mezzo-soprano, Karis Trass, graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in classical song (her tutor was Heli Veskus). During the 2019/20 season she studied in the Anna Samuil song class at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin.

Sten Lassmann is one of the most remarkable pianists in Estonia. He has successfully given solo and chamber concerts and has performed as a soloist in front of a good many orchestras. Sten Lassmann is a senior piano lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre’s interpretation department, while also being the artistic director of the KLAVER international festival.

Since 2008 Sten Lassmann has been concentrating on performing, recording, studying, and introducing the piano works of Heino Eller. He is publishing a series which consists of nine CDs, entitled “Heino Eller – Complete Piano Music”, in cooperation with the Toccata Classics record company in London.
