The violin virtuoso, Kolja Blacher – a long-standing concertmaster for the Berlin Philharmonic and the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, will be performing with the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra as a soloist and concertmaster. A wonderful string repertoire will be perforemd. Kolja Blacher is a Berliner through-and-through but his father, the composer Boris Blacher, had Baltic German roots.
