When David-Otto Wirkhaus conducted the Väägvere Brass Band in the 19th century, he could not even dream of what the young Estonian wind instrument players would do in the 21st century. The brass band consisting of two trumpeters, a trombonist and a tuba player, Brassical shines brighter than the Northern Star and is more united than the government of the republic.
