I feel that the LIFT mentoring programme has brought us closer to the professional music world. We have been introduced to the many little details that are ultimately crucial and sometimes defines being a musician. The programme has been flexible, personal and not overly rigid, which has made it possible for students from outside Estonia to take participate. We have met the top performers in their field, and these meetings will stay with you – I got a sense of a role ideal or a level towards which to grow. And the people are so nice! I’m immensely grateful!
