Two masters of French jazz, Dominique Pifarély and François Couturier, reunite after more than three decades of collaboration across various ensembles. Since recording their first duo album for the prestigious ECM label in 1997, their musical journey has continued to evolve. Now, they come together once more to reflect on that passage of time, engaging in a fresh, dynamic dialogue that pushes the boundaries of chamber music, jazz, and improvisation. Programme is titled “Preludes & Songs”.
