Sten Heinoja is one of the more promising pianists of the younger generation, who is currently acquiring his master’s degree in the Royal College of Music in London. Sten is the winner of the TV competition “Klassikatähed 2016” (Stars of Classical Music). Having survived a serious disease, the cheerful young man says that what makes him happy is going on stage. In addition to winning several competitions, Sten Heinoja has also won a number of special prizes and is a true audience favourite. The chairperson of the jury in the VIII pianist competition described him as follows: “Heinoja is a true artist! As a musician, he has everything: good technique, sensitivity, emotional intelligence.”
