Bach. “Goldberg Variations” BWV 988 (arr. by Dmitri Sitkovetsky)

Meditative concert program on the eve of Good Friday performed by a particularly delicious ensemble – a string trio.  Dmitri Sitkovetsky: “I hope the audience will share my lifelong journey through the “Goldberg Variations” and my love of music. It is true that in the first edition of Bach’s Variations, published in 1742, the composer states that the work is intended for “enjoyment by music lovers.”
