It’s always more fun to celebrate important events and anniversaries with your friends. Vaasa and Pärnu city have been friends for more than 60 years, but it’s the first time for Vaasa City Orchestra to visit Pärnu. Together we can play works that require more musicians, works that are often neglected by smaller orchestras. It’s a great pleasure to collaborate with Hans Christian Aavik, a young and talented violin soloist, who currently studies at Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts.
