Concert programme is dedicated to the 100th birthday of Estonian music maestra Ester Mägi which was compiled together with the composer herself. The inward-looking and subdued sound language of Mägi are especially beautiful in chamber works. The concert is born from silence, from violin solo and grows through the various composition of the male choir and the organ into a powerful final act – a work dedicated to Ester Mägi’s teacher Mart Saar.
