Original Nordic music inspired by folk traditions

The Danish trio Dreamers’ Circus arrives in Estonia this March. By reviving traditional folk music, the ensemble has crafted an imaginative, high-energy acoustic language that has earned them numerous Danish Music Awards. Audiences can anticipate drama, Nordic crispness, masterful technique and warm humour.

This performance is tailored for listeners who appreciate a balance of heritage and innovation. Trio member Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen also performs with the world-renowned Danish String Quartet. Alongside cittern virtuoso Ale Carr and pianist-accordionist Nikolaj Busk, the artists shape cinematic soundscapes that achieve an astonishingly orchestral scale for a three-piece ensemble.

 Dreamers’ Circus represents a new benchmark in the evolution of traditional music, combining technical mastery with a great sense of humour.
