The Flanders Symphony Orchestra is a leading Belgian orchestra, comprising dedicated musicians and historically guided by highly respected conductors on the global concert stage. Estonian conductor Kristiina Poska will mark the end of her term as principal conductor in spring 2025 with a significant performance of Beethoven’s iconic Ninth Symphony and Choral Fantasy. Alongside renowned soloists and an expanded Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, the orchestra will be on a ten-concert tour of Belgium preceding performances in Estonia. Kristiina Poska has conducted all of Beethoven’s symphonies with the orchestra, the symphonies serving as a cornerstone in any orchestra’s repertoire.
